These are the terms for using Marigold and Rae. We wrote them the way we write everything: so you can actually read them. By using Marigold you agree to what follows.
Marigold Wedding Co. provides Rae, an AI wedding planner. Talking to Rae and building your plan is free. When you want Rae to do the work, emailing vendors, chasing replies, comparing quotes, and tracking your budget, that service costs $499. One payment, not a subscription.
Rae is thoughtful, but she is an AI and she can be wrong. Before you sign a contract, send a payment, or lock a date, verify the details yourself. Every decision about your wedding is yours: Rae recommends, you decide.
Rae researches vendors and contacts them on your behalf, but vendors are not part of Marigold. Any contract you sign is between you and the vendor. We do not guarantee a vendor's availability, pricing, quality, or conduct, and we do not take commissions or sponsorships from vendors. Rae works for you.
The $499 covers Rae's work from purchase through your wedding day for one wedding. If something is not working for you, email us and we will make it right.
You sign in with a link we email you, so keep your email account secure. Give us accurate information, and use Marigold only to plan your own wedding. Do not use it to send spam, harass vendors, or break the law.
Everything you share with Rae stays yours. The Marigold name, Rae, and the design of this site belong to Marigold Wedding Co. See our privacy policy for exactly how we handle what you share.
We are responsible for providing the service with care. We are not liable for the actions of vendors, for events beyond our control, or for indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
You can stop using Marigold any time, and you can ask us to delete your information. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, and we will tell you if we do.
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top, and we will email you about meaningful changes.
